Look, I love spaghetti squash as a healthy noodle alternative, but it's a lot of work. All you need to add is a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper — but then you have to scoop all the seeds out and then scrape out the "spaghetti" when it's done baking. And that's only if I can even successfully cut the squash in half first. But thankfully, all that hard labor has become unnecessary, thanks to Costco.
