- 2 packs acai purée (we used Sambazon's superfruit blend)
60 ml coconut water or coconut milk
Handful of frozen mixed berries
Small handful of greens (like kale or spinach)
Sprigs of fresh mint
1 teaspoon maca powder
- Break your acai purée into a blender and blitz with other ingredients and half the amount of coconut water or milk.
- Blend until the texture is nice and even. If too thick, then add the rest of the liquid and blitz for a little longer.
- Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and enjoy immediately!
