Well, theme park food dreams do come true; in celebration of World Vegan Day on Nov. 1, Disneyland is releasing four totally vegan, totally delicious dishes at Harbour Galley. (Just when you thought your stay couldn't get any more magical.) These meals are only available for four days, so get your plant-based tush down to Disneyland resort before these tasty treats are gone.
