Fitness blogger and trainer Stefanie Williams blessed Instagram with a simple home workout that fires up the lower body with just two dumbbells and three moves. The sequence combines strength training with some light cardio that will have you sweating in no time.
Here's the workout:
- Cossack to press — eight reps per leg
- Squat hold to press — 12 reps
- Push-up to bicep curl — eight reps
Complete four sets total.
