If there's one song that never fails to get me pumped, it's Tinashe's club banger "2 On." The Fitness Marshall thankfully choreographed his latest dance cardio routine to my favourite getting-ready song, and it's the perfect workout to do with your girls on a Friday.
"I started choreographing this dance in 2014 and I never finished it," TFM told us. "A few months ago (after seeing Tinashe live at Air + Style), I was reinspired to finish this choreo and I'm SO GLAD I did. This one is a great middle ground for beginners and TFM veterans alike!"
