There's nothing we love more than an efficient full-body workout that uses minimal equipment. Trainer and fitness influencer Kelsey Wells shows us how to work every part of our bodies with just a single set of dumbbells in an Instagram video she recently posted. These six moves are guaranteed to make you sweat in no time:
- Sumo squats
- Lunge and press
- Side-to-front arm raise
- Fire hydrants
- Tricep kickbacks
- Bent-over reverse fly
Complete 10 to 12 reps each for a total of three to four sets, with 30 seconds of rest in between.
