Can you train for and actually run a marathon without posting about it on every social media platform imaginable? I mean, isn't the whole point of running the gruelling 26.2 miles to be able to tell people every single detail? Isn't it your job to show photos of the poop you stepped in on that training run, a sad pic of you lying on the couch icing your knee with a crying emoji, or the 12 different flavours of Gu packets you bought? If no one sees the snapshot of your bib and your race-day outfit all laid out, a pic of the breakfast you ate that morning, the selfies at every mile, and, of course, a proud photo of you dangling that huge medal at the finish line, then did it ever really happen?!
