Gal Gadot is a real-life Wonder Woman, y'all, but you probably already knew that. To prepare for her role in Wonder Woman, Gal said she trained six hours a day doing a variety of workouts such as martial arts and strength training; talk about commitment!
Since then, Gal has stayed busy filming Wonder Woman: 1984 and preparing to star alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in Red Notice. We're not sure if this workout is part of her official training, but either way, we'd hate to be on the receiving end of those boxing combinations.
