So far she's laid out over the ocean with a priceless view, spent quality time with her kiddos, and worked out every single day. We know that Halle is the queen of being fit and sexy, and today she reminded us why. On her "Fitness Friday" Instagram series, Halle has shared beauty tips, beach body advice, and what it's really like to be on the keto diet. Today she gave us an all-access pass into how she stays fit while travelling the world. "I start each morning with a 30 min light run on the beach to get my heart pumping and my blood flowing," Halle shared on her Instagram. Once she's done with her run, she heads back to her room and does "5 very simple and extremely effective exercises". According to Halle, you should do five sets of 50 reps per exercise. We suggest completing her workout in a circuit style (complete one set of each exercise), take two to three minutes of rest, repeating for four more rounds.
