For her most recent "Fitness Friday" post, Halle shared her go-to inner-thigh strengthening exercises, and you're going to want to take notes. "Let me introduce you to my secret weapon . . . the Pilates ring," Halle said in her caption. "When I first started working out with the ring, I can honestly say I hated it but once I saw how real the results it provided were, it immediately became my best friend," she added.

These exercises may look easy, but they're guaranteed to make your legs shake long after your workout is over. Grab your Pilates ring and get ready to feel the burn. In the words of Halle, "It'll put you to work."

Warning: your muscles are going to burn with this classic Pilates move. Halle said to do this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds.

After the 100s, it's time for the elevated inner-thigh pulse. Complete this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds.

The Tweezer

Are you feeling your thighs light up yet? Next up is the tweezer. If your legs aren't already shaking, they will be very soon! Perform this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds.

Ring Pass

Finish off your quick, thigh-strengthening workout with the ring pass. Complete this move for 30 to 60 seconds.
