Being too busy is not a valid excuse to skimp on healthy options. Hectic morning? This easy-to-make shake takes merely minutes to whip up. Online coach Sarah Duff [3] posted a simple recipe on Instagram for a high-protein, fat-loss shake that you can sip on any time of day.
What's in it:
- 1 cup berries
- 1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small banana
- Cinnamon to taste
Sarah also added a reminder that fat loss still requires a calorie deficit [4]. Though this shake alone won't help you see results, it is a great way to get in 30 grams of protein in one sitting.
