Fridge: Three to five days (raw)
Freezer: Six to 12 months (raw)

Fridge: Three to four days (cooked)
Freezer: Two to six months (cooked)

Chicken

Fridge: One to two days (raw)
Freezer: Nine months (raw)

Fridge: Three to four days (cooked)
Freezer: Two to six months (cooked)

Salmon

Fridge: One to two days (raw)
Freezer: Six to eight months (raw)
