If you're anything like me, whenever you take a holiday, you find yourself stressed about all the outfits you need to pack (and never wear), and how you're going to work out [2]. Yes, it's a holiday, but being active without having to worry about making it to work on time for a meeting makes the workouts so much more enjoyable. I usually throw some mini bands [3] in my suitcase, pack my TRX [4], and pray that wherever I'm staying has more than one treadmill and sets of dumbbells in their gym.

To avoid the disappointment of a lackluster gym, celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins [6] created a great holiday workout that's equipment free and can be done anywhere! Jeanette says that this workout is "travel proof" and "it will get your heart pumping & target #Arms #Abs #Legs #Booty & more." Sold? We are. Here's how to do it:

  1. High Knees [7]
  2. Two Jumping Jacks [8] and two Tuck Jumps [9]
  3. Stiff Arm Burpee with Alternating Cross Rotations
  4. Reverse Lunge With Front Kick (left and right) [10]
  5. Plyo Lunges [11]
  6. Push-up to Side Plank [12]
  7. Ab Decline/V Hold [13] alternating with Scissor Kicks [14]
  8. Oblique Knee Tucks

Do each exercise for 30-45 seconds, and repeat the circuit three times.
