Well, we caught another glimpse of those sculpted masterpieces at the premiere of her new film Peppermint on Aug. 28, and thanks to some peeks at her training, we're one step closer to achieving them on our own.
The 46-year-old actress recently shared clips on Instagram from her workout routine as she prepped to play a grieving mother turned badass assassin for the movie. Her hashtag sums it up perfectly: "She looks nice, but she's no joke." With trainer Simone De La Rue by her side, Jennifer gives this intense upper-body workout her all — just look at those perfect push-ups!
