Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino Keto Diet

Vinny From the Jersey Shore Now Goes by the "Keto Guido," and He's Even Hotter Than You Remember

Gym, tan, laundry. . . keto? If that sounds like a strange combination, well, you need to catch up on the Jersey Shore Family Reunion. After six years, the original cast of the ruthless reality series has admittedly come a long way in the Miami reboot of the show. While some are soon-to-be married and others are parents to adorable miniature meatballs, one person in particular has had a transformation that we simply cannot get over, and that's Vinny Guadagnino. OK, so, Vinny was so obviously the best looking of the bunch back in the day (sorry, Situation fans), but his new look is so hot we need to put a pause on T-shirt time. . . and it's all thanks to a new diet and a lot less tanning oil.

Vinny, who now goes by the "Keto Guido," has stuck to the incredibly strict ketogenic diet, even giving up his dear love for pizza. (On the season premiere, much to his friends' dissatisfaction, Vinny hilariously picked all the pepperoni and cheese off the pizza pie for his late-night snack.) Celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian and Halle Berry have declared their love for the keto diet for dropping pounds, but the 30-year-old Jersey Shore star is praising the all-around lifestyle change because he's "never felt better," per his Instagram. And we're not going to lie, his meals on the low-carb, high-fat diet sound pretty delicious.

For breakfast, Vinny typically has eggs and bacon. For lunch, he suggests "roasted chicken, avocado, tomato, onions, broccoli, goat cheese, and some parm crisps over arugula to go." For dinner, he switches between fish or meat with veggies and some healthy fats. Read on to see how the keto diet looks on Vinny, and check out some of his go-to meals.
