Jillian knows exactly what the people want and shared an intense ab workout that will strengthen and chisel your stomach. Best of all, it is only four moves! Here's what you do: complete each exercise for 30 seconds in a circuit, and repeat the circuit a total of four times.
- Incline bench crunches [5]
- Weighted side crunches on a back extension machine [6]
- Weighted incline sit-ups [7]
- Side hollow hold [8]
If these exercises are too advanced, try the following modifications.
- Reverse crunches [9]
- Side bends [10]
- Sit-ups [11]
- Side elbow plank [12]
