This Lower-Body Circuit From Jillian Michaels Will Turn Your Legs to Jell-O

Celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels is the queen of quick yet efficient workouts. Just weeks after posting a back workout that required only a few moves in the gym, she followed up with a lower-body circuit to target the legs.

Jillian's circuit consists of:

  • Kneeling squats with dumbbells
  • Reverse lunges on a bench with dumbbell side lateral raise
  • Side lunges with a weight plate
  • Pistol squats with dumbbells

She said to do each exercise for 30 seconds in swift succession for three rounds total. Although that's just six minutes of actual work, this circuit will set your legs on fire and target your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Plus, since each move is a compound exercise, it's a great way to get in a total-body workout.
