Anyone who knows of Jillian Michaels is well aware of her insanely sculpted arms, and now, she's letting her fans in on some of her go-to moves for triceps — that is, if you're looking to have your arse kicked. The fitness guru recently took to Instagram to call upon her "ninjas" in need of a challenge.
"Ok. This is for my ninjas out there. Crazy triceps challenge circuit. Have at it!!" she wrote alongside the video.
The insane challenge features variations of some of our favourite workout moves like jumping jacks and push-ups, but takes it to an entirely new level with plank jacks and cross-arm push-ups.
