Kayla Itsines is a master at creating effective, yet doable workouts. Her Bikini Body Guide (BBG) [2] has helped millions of people transform their bodies [3], and now the trainer and fitness influencer is sharing some of her favourite leg moves on Instagram.
This leg circuit requires only your bodyweight [4] and minimal equipment: just a weight bench. She recommends doing each move for 12 reps for a total of three rounds. The exercises she demonstrated are:
- Jump squats
- Knee-ups
- Step-ups
- Jump lunges
- Static lunges
- Sump squats
- Mountain climbers
