If You're Short on Time, Try Kelsey Wells's 5-Move Lower-Body Kettlebell Blast

People are beginning to mix up traditional strength training routines, incorporating equipment like the TRX [3] and kettlebells into their workouts to improve functional movement patterns and build muscle [4]. By now, you've probably heard a lot about kettlebells and their many benefits [5]. While they're a great piece of equipment, we do realise that they can be intimidating to use, especially if you're just getting into strength training.

Thankfully, personal trainer and Instagram influencer Kelsey Wells [6] gave us the 411 on how to use kettlebells for a quick, strengthening lower-body workout.

The Workout

  1. Kettlebell Swings [8]
  2. Double Kettlebell Squat [9]
  3. Single-Arm Kettlebell Lunge [10]
  4. Narrow Stance Kettlebell Deadlift [11]
  5. Kettlebell Deadlift [12]
