Keto Barbecue Sauce Recipe
This Sweet, Smoky Barbecue Sauce Takes Just 10 Minutes to Make — and It's Keto
Tailgates and barbecues can seem like a keto paradise — after all, where there's meat on a grill, there's bound to be something you can eat. But like store-bought salad dressings, barbecue sauce can be loaded with unwanted sugar, a problem for the low-carb plan. Before serving up ribs or pulled pork or whatever is on the menu for your next gathering, make your own keto-friendly barbecue sauce. This recipe is sweet, smoky, acidic, and a little spicy — and so authentically barbecue that no one will notice you've swapped out the marinade. It pairs well with everything from brisket to grilled chicken.
All you need is one pot and 10 minutes of cooking time. No mess, no hassle.
