Grab 1 Kettlebell and Try This Trainer's Full-Body Strength Workout

If you've never used a kettlebell before, now's the perfect time to get started! Multi-certified trainer Vishal Kumar has created a great workout that just requires one kettlebell, and it's a full-body session, so you don't have to worry about any area being neglected.

"Use a moderate weight and perform one rep of each then alternate sides till you get three reps of everything on each side," Vishal instructed. "Rest and repeat for five sets!"

These are the movements you'll be doing:

  • Deadlift
  • Clean
  • Snatch
  • Lunge Snatch

It may seem easy, but just because something is simple doesn't mean it's not hard. Not only will you improve your kettlebell skills with this session, but you'll get a full-body burn as well.
