Lindsey Vonn Has Some Serious Core and Leg Strength — Here's the Proof

As the temperatures continue to drop (we're jealous of anyone who lives in tropical climates), you may find yourself feeling less motivated to work out. If that's the case, we've got a solution: watch Lindsey Vonn's workouts [3] on Instagram and then hit the gym.

The other day, Lindsey posted a video of her doing an intense lower-body and core exercise to simulate her tuck while skiing. Not gonna lie: it's hard.

In the video, you can see her balancing on two BOSU balls [5] as she holds a medicine ball out in front her. That alone sounds difficult, but of course, Lindsey makes it more challenging. She begins to do a single-leg balance while alternating between each BOSU ball, which requires some serious stability, core, and leg strength.

You may not be an Olympic skier [6], but this move will definitely have you feeling like one.
