Low-Carb High-Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup organic unsweetened soy milk (I used Silk)
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    1/3 cup frozen raspberries
    1 serving vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams; I like Nutiva Plant Protein or Plant Fusion Complete Protein)
    1 tablespoon hemp seeds
    4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
