Low-Sugar Smoothie


  1. 40 grams raw spinach
    1 scoop (20 grams) unflavoured plant-based protein powder (I used pea protein)
    65 grams strawberries
    50 grams blueberries
    15 grams raw cashews
    360 grams unsweetened almond milk
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.
