She designed this four-move workout to help you build and develop lean muscle in your legs, and yes, you're really going to feel the burn in your quadriceps and glutes.
The workout:
- Bulgarian split squat [6] (five-second eccentric tempo) β three reps each leg
- Lateral squats, aka side lunges [7] (five-second eccentric tempo) β three reps each leg
- Kettlebell swings [8] β six reps each leg
- Dumbbell bridge [9] with a five second hold β six reps
