One of the best parts about Summer (aside from fun pool floaties [3] and sipping Rosé [4] on the beach) is getting to work out outside. When the weather is nice, there's nothing better than breaking a sweat in the sun. And as personal trainer and fitness influencer Anna Victoria [5] showed in an Instagram post, you can work out anywhere — even on a park bench.
Anna completed this bodyweight circuit with the help of a workout partner, but you don't necessarily need one. All you need is a bench. Here is the workout:
- One-legged step-up jumps
- Decline walkouts
- Decline snap jumps
- Decline cross mountain climbers
Do 10 reps of each exercise for a total of five times through. Using just your bodyweight [6], you'll target your abs, glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Anna demonstrates each move in the Instagram video.
So grab a workout buddy and your favourite Summer leggings, head to the park, and get your sweat on!
