Instagram is such a huge source of fitness inspiration; we scroll through motivational before-and-afters, get workout ideas from our favourite accounts, and even find important nutritional information. One thing I love about the fitness community on the social site is how open some of my favourite trainers are about their journeys through pregnancy.

Whether you're a mum or not, there's so much to be learned from the fit mums of Instagram and their dedication to being their happiest and healthiest selves through and beyond pregnancy.
