Here's what you need:
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
And making them is a simple two-step process:
- Put all the ingredients into a pot and stir while warming over medium heat.
- Place the mixture into a glass pan lined with parchment and freeze for two hours. Cut into 10 squares, then savor the flavours of the season.
