  1. 110 grams cup pumpkin purée
    1/2 large ripe banana
    120 mL cup unsweetened soy milk or coconut milk
    1/2 tablespoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    2 ice cubes
