Over the weekend, five-time Olympic medalist (four of which are gold) Simone Biles [1] competed in the all-around competition [2] at the 2018 US Classic, her first meet since the 2016 Summer Olympics [3] in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Despite a few minor technical errors, Simone said that she would probably beat the 2016 version of herself [4] — and damn, if that's true, her competition better watch out. Simone posted the highest scores on vault [5] (15.4), floor exercise [6] (14.75), and beam (15.2), winning the all-around competition with a score of 58.700, currently the highest score in the world. This is just the beginning of Simone's reign, and we cannot wait to see what else she has in store.
Watch Simone perfectly execute a triple wolf turn during her beam routine in the video above, sealing her victory at the 2018 US Classic.
