    155 grams frozen blueberries
    75 grams frozen mango
    1 kiwi, peeled
    3 tablespoons kidney or cannelini beans
    15 grams walnuts
    1 teaspoon flaxmeal
    240 ml cold water

Directions

  1. Pour everything into a blender and mix well.
