For a one-cup serving, the nutritional info is similar to the Plain flavour. It's 110 calories, has six grams of fat, 12 grams of carbs, zero grams of added sugar, and also offers three grams of protein.

I couldn't wait to get this vegan kefir home to taste! I opened the Mango first, because I was most excited by that flavour. It was tangy, subtly sweet, and had a delicious fresh mango taste. The texture was light and creamy, not at all thick, and easily drinkable. I loved it! The Plain flavour was obviously not as sweet, but I still loved the tangy taste.

Trader Joe's Cultured Cashew Beverage is delicious to drink on its own, but would also be great with cereal or granola, or to make overnight oats. One bottle (3.5 servings) costs $4, and could be just the tasty thing to improve your gut health and prevent belly bloat.
