- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 egg

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prep a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and flour with a rubber spatula until a dough forms. It may be sticky, so flour your working surface and your hands.
- Split the dough into two equal parts.
- Roll into balls and flatten out slightly. Punch a small hole out in the middle.
- Crack one egg into a small bowl and whisk to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of the bagel to give them that shiny glow when they bake.
- Top the bagel with seasoning.
- Bake for 22 minutes, then switch the oven setting to low broil for 2 minutes to slightly brown the tops.
