She recently shared that the keto diet [3] is what has helped her manage her diabetes, and she gave us a bonus look into what she eats in a day on the keto diet.

Breakfast


She starts off her day simple with a breakfast juice of fresh Purium greens and beets.

Lunch


For lunch, she has a portion of green beans with a classic bolognese sauce [4].

Dinner


Dinner seems to be the largest meal for Halle. Here she has a fillet of Arctic char [5] topped with olive salsa and a side of what looks to be cauliflower mash [6].

Snack


To keep her satiated throughout the day, she has a snack that consists of cherry tomatoes, cheese, and scallions.
