- 1/2 cantaloupe
150 grams nonfat Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon raw pumpkin seeds
- Scoop out seeds from the centre of your half cantaloupe.
- Fill the hole with 150 grams of nonfat Greek yoghurt.
- Add berries to the yogurt and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
- Use a spoon to scoop bites right out of the cantaloupe peel!
