If you're ready to heal your relationship with food after struggling with disordered eating or you're finally fed up with dieting and diet culture, it's helpful to see a registered dietitian or therapist who specialises in eating disorders or intuitive eating. It's also important to pay attention to the content you are consuming and if it exacerbates feelings of poor body image or disordered eating.
