I've always liked having toned arms [1], not because of the way they look, but because of the way they make me feel (strong!). The key to developing any muscle group is strength training [2], but figuring out the right combination of drills and sets to achieve your goals can be challenging. Fortunately, there are tons of quick workouts on YouTube [3], focussed on biceps, triceps, and deltoids. The best part? You can cue them up whenever and wherever it's most convenient for you.
