Unlike so many other protein powders I've tried, it dissolves well without a blender, so you're not faced with annoying clumps of powder in your drink. The flavour isn't overpowering, so it's great with almost everything. I sometimes drink it mixed with just almond milk or blend it with ice and coffee.
