"I love Ritual's new vanilla flavoured protein powder ($40), which has 20 grams of protein and only three grams of carbs. It's plant-based and made without soy, gluten, or any artificial flavours, but still tastes delicious. Unlike so many other protein powders I've tried, it dissolves well without a blender, so you're not faced with annoying clumps of powder in your drink. The flavour isn't overpowering, so it's great with almost everything. I sometimes drink it mixed with just almond milk or blend it with ice and coffee.
