While they make work for cycling, hiking, and yoga, you really need something more substantial when high-impact cardio is involved.
It can be uncomfortable or downright painful to exercise in the wrong sports bra, and doing so may lead to more long-term discomfort. I've tried so many workout bras over the years, but nothing has really worked when it comes to minimizing bounce. This bra has a fully open back, which means it's breathable. It also has a very soft fabric considering how technical it is. This bra stayed in place and was comfortable against my skin during a long run. This bra is designed for larger cup sizes and is available in sizes 28D–40J. For smaller sizes, go for the Original Support Running Bra [6] ($49, originally 70) instead.
Knix Catalyst Sports Bra: Review

This is the most supportive high-impact wireless sports bra I've ever tried. Designed to drastically reduce breast movement, the Catalyst fit like second skin. I really like that you have an option to buy a front-zip or back-clip version for a totally seamless look.
