A protein drink [1] is my favourite way to fill myself up when I'm short on time. Before protein drinks became a staple in my life, I used to try to blend protein powder [2] into my coffee with a spoon. The blend was a filling drink but had a ton of clumps. Then I switched to a blender, but cleaning it felt like it wasn't worth the trouble.

S'well Blender Spring 2-Pack
The S'well Blender Spring 2-Pack [4] ($10) turns any bottle into a protein shaker. I was very sceptical that it would blend anything, but I was pleasantly surprised. The slender design of the spring allows it to fit into every reusable bottle I have — including the pictured Skye Traveller [5] ($30) — so I don't have to worry about making sure I have the correct bottle for the spring.
Tip: If you're using a S'well bottle, make sure to leave a bit of space under the inner lip when you fill the bottle so everything gets evenly blended.
Blender Bottle Sportmixer
More of the classic shaker bottle design, the Blender Bottle Sportmixer [6] ($13) has a large, spherical spring that pulverizes every powder I put in the bottle. As someone with butterfingers, the textured centre is my favourite feature. I'm able to grip the bottle in a way that allows me to not worry about it slipping from my hands when I shake it.
Contigo 28oz Shake & Go Fit Plastic Water Bottle
The large-capacity Contigo 28oz Shake & Go Fit Plastic Water Bottle [7] ($7) is great for when I want to blend my protein powder with my powdered collagen and greens. While I've never bartended in my life, I hold it from the top and bottom and shake it like I'm making a massive, protein-packed, nonalcoholic cocktail.
