Dance Workouts Set to Beyoncé Songs

Get Ready to Run the World With These Dance Workouts Set to Beyoncé Songs

As we all know, Beyoncé runs the world, and her songs have long been our anthems for processing love and breakups, getting out of bed when life isn't going our way, and finding our inner strength. Her songs are also great to work out to (in fact, you can check out our Beyoncé-specific exercise and cooldown playlists).

In honour of Beyoncé, we've compiled cardio workout videos set to a number of her iconic songs. Keep reading for routines from trainers and fitness YouTubers alike. Most are dance workouts, but there's a walking and dance combo session as well, and some will feature bodyweight exercises mixed in. The longest one is just under 15 minutes. We're sure the Beyhive — and Queen Bey — would approve.

Choreographer and dance fitness instructor Mylee is known for her dance workouts. Here's one to "Savage" by Megan Thee Stallion and featuring Beyoncé. You'll put on invisible (but totally visible!) crowns, do bicep flexes, and try some moves inspired by dances on TikTok.

Keaira LaShae is a trainer who has been on Class FitSugar before, and she specialises in dance Tabata workouts. Join her for a dance session to "Formation" — she has a tutorial at the end to help break down the moves.

This dance and walking workout set to remixes of Beyoncé songs comes from Australian dancer and personal trainer Gina B. It's fast-paced and looks like all kinds of fun!

We can always count on The Fitness Marshall for grade-A dance workouts. You'll groove to "Baby Boy" by Queen Bey, featuring Sean Paul. Our favourite part? "Fantasy fingers."
