Emily Thorne has been all about nostalgia with her 12 Days of HIITmas dance workout challenge, and her latest video is no exception. The fitness YouTuber, known as Emkfit, shared a high-energy Hannah Montana vs. Miley Cyrus themed routine.
Since we've been playing Miley's new Plastic Hearts album on repeat since it came out, this workout could not have come at a better time. The video starts with a warmup to Bangerz fave "We Can't Stop" that will instantly transport you back to 2013. It also features "Hoedown Throwdown" from Hannah Montana: The Movie, "Party in the U.S.A.," ''Nobody's Perfect" by Hannah Montana, the Jacopo Cavalli "Wrecking Ball" remix, and "Best of Both Worlds" by Hannah Montana.
The heart-pumping choreography is energetic, but simple — Thorne alternates between just two moves for each song. But make no mistake, she'll have you punching, kicking, and sweating for the whole 24-minute medley. There's even one booty-shaking dance move that calls to mind the popstar's infamous VMAs performance with Robin Thicke.
