These award-winning smart running insoles fit easily into your sneakers and track your cadence, step length, foot strike, pronation, and balance so you can run faster and further. I was particularly impressed by the insights related to foot strike and pronation, and the specialised guidance that the app provides to help reduce injury. The app recognised that only half of my foot strikes showed neutral pronation, putting my at an elevated risk of injury, and recommended I could improve my pronation by adding more single-leg balance exercises into my routine and increasing my step width to reduce overpronation." — GFR

"With warm temps around the corner, I am excited to start drinking Rosé outside after a long winter. I loved Babe wine in the cans because they were convenient to transport around.
