- Reverse lunge and knee-up: 20 reps (10 each side)
- Incline push-up: 12 reps
- Raised-leg sit-up and twist: 20 reps
- Step-up: 20 reps (10 each side)
- Tricep dip: 15 reps
- Bent-leg to 45 raise: 20 reps (10 each side)
