BBG and Sweat App Creator Kayla Itsines Shares How to Correct Form For 3 Basic Exercises

With so many of us working out at home, we don't have trainers and coaches to ensure our form is correct not only to prevent injury, but also to get the most out of our workouts. In a recent Instagram post, BBG [3] and Sweat App [4] creator Kayla Itsines [5] shared the common mistakes people make when doing three basic strength training exercises: triceps dips, crunches, and push-ups.

Kayla said, "If you have a mirror around the house, I recommend putting it near your workout area so you can check on your form during your workouts." You could also film yourself doing exercises if you don't have a mirror.
