Cream together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup erythritol, and one teaspoon of vanilla. Then mix in two eggs, two teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and two-and-a-half cups of almond flour. You can add a milk of your choice — about 1/4 cup — if the dough is crumbly.
