For those who don't know, Nastia Liukin [3] is a former US gymnast who has won nine world medals and five Olympic medals throughout her career. She last competed at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, winning the all-around gold medal, three silver medals, and one bronze medal, becoming the most decorated gymnast at the 2008 Olympic Games.
It's been 12 years since Liukin's last Olympic appearance, and she recently got back into her training facility, performing a snippet of her Beijing Olympics beam routine and she didn't skip a beat! "Same-same, but different," she captioned in the video of her on the beam along with a throwback video of her 2008 Olympic performance.
