If you find yourself dreading HIIT workouts, chances are it's actually the burpees you're trying to avoid. At least that's been the case for me, ever since I tried to do HIIT in my second-story apartment. To avoid shaking the ceiling of my downstairs neighbour's place, I had no choice but to skip the sets of burpees.
